As part of my internship, I was asked to design a template for a maintenance report that can be used to streamline and standardize frequent reports on clients' websites.
The layout and content of the template were based on an example provided to me. Using the sample as a structural reference, I incorporated visuals inspired by their website to create a cohesive design. I intentionally maintained more negative space throughout each page, placing icons and decorative elements primarily along the border. This flexible layout allows for varying amounts of information to be accommodated for each client, without making the design feel overcrowded
